WHAT IS THE NORDA TRUST?
The Norda Trust is a registered charity that aims to help people in disadvantaged areas who want to succeed by working for themselves.
We support and deliver projects which make it easier for people to set up and sustain/grow their own enterprises. Our goal is to help them to overcome barriers to self-employment, to become economically independent, to collaborate, prosper and expand.
We measure our impact in terms of jobs and businesses created, increased pay and the shared contribution that micro businesses and the self-employed make to their local economy.
Based in Cornwall, we are currently prioritising most of our activity in the South West, in areas where we can best help people to avoid poverty, exclusion and dependence. We are looking for partners and funders to help to make our limited resources go further in all the projects we support.
